HOW WE'RE PAID
What will you have to pay us for our services?
At the outset we will agree with you how we will be remunerated. This will either be by charging you a fee, by commission that we receive or a combination of both.
We will give you a Key Facts about our Services document which explains all of this at our first meeting or on request.
If we arrange a mortgage on your behalf you can choose to pay us a fee of approximately 0.4% of the loan amount, for us to take commission on the loan direct from the lender or even a combination of both.
