THE APPLICATION PROCESS
Once you have found a property to buy or are ready to remortgage we will take care of the application process from start to finish.
GETTING STARTED
We will have recommended a particular mortgage for you and will complete all the necessary paperwork to apply for this.
We will advise you on the different types of survey available and can also recommend a solicitor if you wish.
APPLICATION TO COMPLETION
Once the application has been submitted to the lender we will regularly liaise with them until the mortgage offer is issued.
On approval we will the liaise with your solicitor through exchange of contracts right up to completion when you that you collect your keys or if remortgaging, the day your new mortgage begins.
