As an independent mortgage adviser we will agree with you in advance how we will receive payment for our fees. If we arrange a mortgage on your behalf you can choose to pay us a fee of approximately 0.4% of the loan amount, for us to take commission on the loan direct from the lender or even a combination of both. We aim to be as flexible as possible to best meet your needs.
